Employer Jazz Lunch at the Concorde Club

Over fifty members from the local business community were treated to a special Eastleigh College 'Jazz' lunch event within the beautiful grounds of the Concorde Club in July. Featuring a live Jazz trio, the outdoor event organized by the Professional Studies department of the College, was aimed at raising the profile of Higher Education within the business community and provided the opportunity for companies to learn more about available courses on offer from the college.

John Le Page, Learning Manager for Professional Studies commented "The event has proved to be a big success, with good attendance and a positive response from all. While everyone was impressed with the jazz trio, I hope they will also leave with a better understanding of how Higher Education can help develop their own business."
