Eastleigh College combines quality, relevant training with flexibility and an understanding of businesses specific skills needs. The College offers a broad range of cost-effective, appropriate training programmes are available and can design and create customised training solutions for an individual company's needs. It is the only college in the South of England to achieve both Beacon Status and Action for Business status, and has been named as one of the top training providers in the country by the Adult Learning Inspectorate, the government body responsible for the quality of education and training for adults and young people.
The College also supports businesses by offering on-site assessment and distance learning, minimising the time an employee is away from the workplace.
The College has recently established Eastleigh College Training Agency (ECTA) which enables us to advise on and arrange Apprenticeships for employers. We are offering these schemes in occupational areas where there are currently gaps in the market.
