The award acknowledges the College as one of the leading training providers in the country. Supporting and meeting the training and development needs of employers sits at the heart of the College’s mission.
We are committed to delivering high quality programmes and services in all areas including sector specific training, legislative training such as 17th Edition and CCN1, and higher level skills training such as Foundation Degrees and leadership programmes.
Eastleigh College has expanded its Apprenticeship opportunities with the growing success of Eastleigh College Training Agency (ECTA). Originally established within the College 5 years ago, we offered a limited number of Apprenticeships in the construction trades and now our success rates exceed the national averages.
Eastleigh College currently manage the largest Train to Gain contract in the South of England, enrolling more than 20,000 candidates since its inception. Through Train 2 Gain we are able to offer heavily subsidised (often fully funded) training and assessment. By working together we can help you provide your staff with relevant, affordable training.
