Who is the course suitable for?
Candidates wishing to develop their knowledge, understanding and the skills required for continued professional development in both current and future employment, in first-line management or team leading positions. This is an opportunity for learners to develop a range of skills, techniques, personal qualities and attributes essential for successful performance in working life.
What will I learn, how will I be assessed and what qualifications will I achieve?
A one day course at Eastleigh College or at Customer premises. An Eastleigh College certificate will be gained by satisfactory completion of 1 day course. • Objectives and goals

Payment is accepted by cheque, credit or debit card at the time of enrolment.
The only means tested benefits Colleges are able to accept this year will be Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) and Employment Support Allowances (ESA) in the Work Related Activity.
If you wish the College to invoice your employer for the fees, please complete the Employer Authorisation section of the Enrolment form.
