Partner Network
To enable Eastleigh College to offer the most comprehensive training provision possible, we have developed a network of partners that we can call upon to complement our own facilities and specialities.
The partners offer training in geographical areas that Eastleigh
College cannot logistically cover, or have specialist expertise
that benefits our learners in their qualifications. We currently
offer over 400 different vocational qualifications, and can call on
our network of 21 partners to assist with the training and, where
applicable, assessment of the learners.
Each partner is quality-assured by the Eastleigh College partners
team, ensuring any training or assessment provided by one of our
partners meets our high standards and provides the same level of
learning experience that we strive to maintain.
The Windsor Group
Eastleigh College is one of ten member colleges of The Windsor Group. The group is an established network of highly skilled, experienced and business focused learning providers from across the South East region.
The colleges are graded 'outstanding' or 'good' by Ofsted for leadership and management. The Group provides high quality, flexible business training that is responsive to the needs of the 15,000 employers (large and small) that we work with.
The Windsor Group operates professional courses, from organisational and management courses to personal development courses. The courses can be held at the colleges, or in the workplace, and all courses are one day in length.
For more information on the courses available, please visit The Windsor Group website or call Emma Yorwerth, Windsor Group Business Development Executive on 023 8091 1201 or email windsorgroup@eastleigh.ac.uk
Sector Skills Councils
Sector Skills Councils are independent organisations, recognised by the government, that ensure employer's needs are the primary focus of the skills system. The SSCs aim to increase the skills and productivity of the workforce in their particular industry - each industry has a dedicated SSC, all influence the development of qualifications and Apprenticeships, and the result is an industry-led framework of training and development.
You can find more information on the various Sector Skills Councils
by visiting the Sector
Skills Councils Alliance website.
