Recent Success Stories

"Engage Recruitment helped me fix my CV and arranged an interview at Bon Marche for me. After the course finished, and even after I got the job at Bon Marche, I felt I had constant support as the advisor visited me in my workplace to check everything was going well."

Samina Rahman, Retail Skills, July 2011.

"Doing the retail course gave me the confidence to go to interviews and be more prepared in what to say. I really enjoyed the week and as a result of interviews arranged by the advisors I was offered two jobs. The advisors gave me comprehensive support which has been on-going since leaving the course and I would definitely recommend this to others.  Thank you so much for all your help!"

Deana Haslett, Retail Skills course August 2011.

Due to start employment at Hexagon centre, Eastleigh, October 2011.

"I found the best part working with Engage was the candidates I received were fresh from the Retail course, and the course fitted in with my business needs. In conjunction with this the candidates were people who were ready to move into employment, and happy to complete a work trial first. The scheme allows people with little or no experience a taster of what it is like to work in a retail environment and to give them a chance of gaining employment."

Alison Patton, Assistant Manager, Matalan Eastleigh.
