Steering the College
The role of the Governing Body is to guide and monitor the strategic direction of the College. Governors are not involved in the day to day operation of the College, but do have close working links with the senior management.
For comprehensive information about the role of College governors and governance issues at the College, download the Governance Directory.
Openness and Transparency
Information about the governance of the Eastleigh College is available to all. Everything but the most confidential information can be found on this section of the website, including meeting minutes and relevant contact information.
Meetings are open to any person who wishes to observe them, although some items may be classified as 'confidential'. Should you wish to attend a meeting, please contact the Clerk or the Deputy Clerk, in order for us to make appropriate venue and seating arrangements.
Meet the Governors
The Governing Body is made up of people from an array of professional backgrounds with a variety of skills and experience, including two College staff and student governors. Find out Who's Who?
