of skills for all staff at all levels. Particular emphasis is
placed on actively promoting Equality and Diversity and
Safeguarding.
Individuals and managers are responsible for identifying
specific development opportunities both externally and
internally.
We have a number of mandatory training courses that all staff
undertake as well as having two full staff development days each
year and a conference week which is packed with training sessions
run by external and internal facilitators.
Staff new to teaching or assessing are supported in achieving
their qualifications.
