Eastleigh College has been recognised by the Government as one of the best organisations in the country at delivering training solutions for employers, by being awarded the Training Quality Standard.
Launched by the Learning and Skills Council in 2007, the Training Quality Standard has been designed to reflect employers' priorities and expectations in sourcing training and development solutions. The award is tough to achieve, and is held by only a select group of organisations. The certification for the Standard is an endorsement of the high quality of work and good practice Eastleigh College is already undertaking with over 1400 employers, and of the College's ethos in developing a culture of delivering excellence. . |

College House, a unique residential facility linked to Eastleigh College, has been assessed in 2011 as an Outstanding provision by Ofsted across all four key areas; Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Organisation and Every Child Matters.

After holding the Charter Mark for customer excellence awarded by the Cabinet Office for the past 10 years, College House has recently been assessed for the award of the Customer Service Excellence Standard. The Standard consists of 57 separate criterion which are grouped under the following 5 standards:
The overall assessment is rated as 'Strong' and the assessor stated in his report:
'This is a highly customer centric service that has exceptional outcomes for a group of vulnerable young people. It listens to its customers and works with them to achieve life skills that enable more independent living.'
